Shipping policy

1. Shipping destination

We currently ship only to mainland Spain. The store checks the delivery country and postcode; orders for unsupported destinations cannot be completed.

2. Shipping cost

Standard shipping costs €5.95 when the product subtotal is below €50. Shipping is free when the product subtotal reaches €50 or more.

The threshold is based on the product subtotal and excludes shipping costs. Product prices include VAT.

3. Estimated delivery time

Estimated delivery to mainland Spain is 3–7 business days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.

4. Check the cost before ordering

Product pages show the estimated delivery time. The cart shows the shipping cost and total; if you have not entered a delivery address, the shipping amount is an estimate for mainland Spain. Checkout checks the country and postcode and shows the applicable cost and total before you place the order.
