Returns and withdrawal policy
Last updated: 4 October 2026
This information applies to distance purchases by consumers where the statutory rules provide these rights.
1. Right of withdrawal
Where the law grants this right, you may withdraw within 14 calendar days without giving a reason. For a sale of goods, the period starts on the day you, or a third party you name other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods. If an order contains goods delivered separately, it starts when you receive the last item.
To exercise the right, send us an unequivocal statement before the period expires. You can email cm.servicio.info@gmail.com or use the model below; using the model is optional. The deadline is met if you send your notice before it expires.
2. Returns and return costs
You pay the direct cost of returning goods unless CM Servicios agrees to pay it or did not inform you that you must pay it. Return or hand over the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after telling us you are withdrawing; it is enough to send them before that period ends.
You are liable only for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish the goods’ nature, characteristics and functioning.
3. Refunds
We refund payments received, including the cost of ordinary delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after we are informed of your withdrawal. If you expressly chose delivery that costs more than the least expensive ordinary option, the extra cost is not refunded.
We use the same payment method unless you expressly agree to another method that involves no cost for you. For a sale of goods, we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or you provide proof that you sent them, whichever happens first, unless we offered to collect them.
4. Personalised products
The law excludes withdrawal for goods made to a consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised. At CM Servicios, this exception applies only when the product has actually been made to the specifications provided; choosing the “Personalised” option alone does not remove the right.
The “Unpersonalised” option retains the right of withdrawal where the law grants it and no other statutory exception applies. The personalisation exception does not limit legal rights if a product is defective, incorrect or does not conform to the contract.
5. Defective or non-conforming products
Withdrawal is separate from statutory rights for lack of conformity. For goods, CM Servicios is liable for lack of conformity that becomes apparent within three years of delivery. For digital content or services supplied in a single act or individual acts, the statutory period is two years; for continuous supply, the period set by law for the contracted supply applies.
Where applicable, bringing the product into conformity must be free of charge and may involve repair or replacement; if the statutory conditions are met, a price reduction or termination of the contract may also be available.
